Section 20
Disposition versions
20. The secretary of the Order shall send the application for recognition to the committee formed for this purpose by the board of directors pursuant to paragraph 2 of section 86.0.1 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26). The committee is composed of persons other than members of the board of directors.
Where the documents provided by the member are insufficient to allow for an appreciation of the application for recognition, the committee may, in order to complete its assessment, ask the member to participate in an interview, pass an examination, complete a training period or submit to a combination of these measures.
